I would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the entire reception team for their outstanding service. A special mention goes to Ipek from the afternoon shift, who went above and beyond in recommending the best nightlife spots and local restaurants—both authentic and budget-friendly. I’m also grateful to the morning reception staff for their attentive support, and to the rest of the team who kindly arranged my taxi to the airport and ensured the driver had the correct instructions. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable.

The staff on the first floor, at reception, and in the spa/gym were excellent, especially Mr. Berat, Ms. Reyvalo, and Ms. Sabiha (apologies if I have spelled the names incorrectly). The suite room was comfortable, and the cleanliness was maintained to a high standard. The sauna, steam room, swimming pool, and gym facilities were also impressive.

The rooms are very clean and modern we loved the decor and the staff are very friendly the women at the reception with blond hair added breakfasts to our booking with no costs and were gifted a Fruit basket as a welcoming gesture which we loved! TAnd the other receptionist with black hair was also very friendly and helped us alot! The staff are the Gems of this place! Thank you for the great experience and making us feel like home❤️

Very nice hotel. Never disappoints. Convenient both for business and leisure stay. Hygiene is top notch, and the staff always make the extra effort to satisfy their customers. Everyone with a smile and willing to help. The food is really good too and always very fast service☺️

We were at this hotel for a business trip. The quality was acceptable in most cases and it was very reasonable for the price. The hotel had a very kind employee named Ms. Peyvand who followed up on our needs throughout our stay.
